Midweek Business Class, when the cabins are quieter
Out on a Tuesday, back on a Thursday. Midweek dates often give you more Business and First Class seats to choose from. We book them between the US, London and Europe, and we compare every day in your window.
Why midweek
Why Tuesday to Thursday can have more premium seats
Business and First Class cabins follow the working week. Many business travellers fly out at the start of the week and home at the end of it, so Sunday evening, Monday and Friday flights tend to fill first. In the middle of the week, the same cabins are often quieter.
Quieter cabins can mean more seats to choose from, a better chance of the seat you want, and on some routes and dates a better fare. They can also mean a calmer airport and lounge. None of this is guaranteed on any given day, which is why we check every day in your window rather than guess.
If your plans allow it, giving us a range of dates instead of a single day is the simplest way to get a better trip.

How we book
How a midweek quote works
1. Send the window
Your route, the earliest you can leave and the latest you can be back, and how many are travelling.
2. We compare the days
Your consultant checks each departure day in the window, in Business and First, and shows you where the better seats and fares are.
3. Book the best day
Approve the option you want and we ticket it, choose your seats and send the confirmation.
Already holding a quote for a Monday or a Friday? Send it to us with your dates. We will show you what the same trip looks like midweek and quote against it.
Midweek and last-minute often go together: if the trip is this week, call or WhatsApp us. See also last-minute Business Class and same-day and next-day flights.
Worth knowing
When midweek is not quieter
Midweek is a pattern, not a rule. Big trade fairs and conferences, school holidays, the weeks around Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, and major sporting and cultural events can fill premium cabins on any day of the week. Some routes are busy every day.
That is why we never assume. We check the days in your window against what is actually open, and if a Monday or a Friday turns out to be the better choice for your trip, we will tell you.
FAQ
Midweek Business Class, answered.
Are midweek business class flights cheaper?
Often, but not always. Business cabins tend to be busiest when business travellers head out at the start of the week and home at the end of it. Flying in the middle of the week can mean more seats to choose from and, on some routes, better fares. It depends on the route, the season and events at your destination, so we compare the days for you.
Which days are best to fly business class?
On many transatlantic routes, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday departures are quieter than Sundays, Mondays and Fridays, and Saturday can be quiet too. There are plenty of exceptions, such as trade fairs, holidays and school breaks, so the best day is the one we find when we check your dates.
Can you find a better midweek fare than my quote?
Send it to us. We will check the same trip across the days in your window and the airlines on your route, then quote against it. If we cannot beat it, we will tell you.
Can a midweek trip be last minute too?
Yes. Many midweek trips are booked a day or two before departure. If you need to fly this week, call or WhatsApp us and we will start with the days you can still make.
Do you book midweek trips for teams?
Yes. Teams travelling for meetings, site visits or roadshows often fly midweek. Our corporate travel desk books everyone together, from different cities if needed.
Can I book midweek First Class?
Yes, on the airlines that fly First on your route. First cabins are small on every day of the week, so a range of dates gives us the best chance of finding a seat. See last-minute First Class.
Do you book one-way midweek flights?
Yes. One-way Business and First Class is routine for us, midweek or any other day.
