Last minute · To Europe

Europe at short notice, in Business or First

Paris tomorrow, Zurich on Thursday, Rome by the weekend. We book last-minute Business and First Class from the US to Europe, and between Europe's cities, one-way or return, 24/7 from New York & London.

Answered personally by a consultant. We book Business & First Class.

The US to Europe

Every major European city, at short notice

Meetings move, deals close early, and a trip that was planned for next month becomes a flight tonight. Most transatlantic flights to Europe leave the US East Coast in the evening and land the next morning, so a decision made at lunchtime can still put you in a European office for the start of the next working day.

We look across every airline flying to your city, nonstop and with one connection, and tell you plainly which seat we would book. When the nonstops are full, a short connection through London, Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, Amsterdam or Dublin can still get you there in time.

Overnight to Europe

Within Europe

Transatlantic plus the onward flight

Many European trips do not end at the first airport. Flying into London and on to Geneva, or into Paris and on to Nice, is easier when one consultant books every leg, checks the connection times and knows what to do if the first flight is late.

Business Class within Europe is a different product from the long-haul flight: usually a standard seat with the middle seat kept free, lounge access, priority at security and boarding, a meal and more flexible fares. We will tell you when it is worth it, and when a well-timed economy seat on the short hop makes more sense.

Multi-city trips

London on Monday, Paris on Tuesday, Milan on Thursday. We book the whole trip in one go. See Pan-European travel.

Teams and roadshows

Several travellers, several cities, tight timings. Our corporate travel desk handles it as one trip.

The flight home

Back to New York, Boston, Miami or LA from any European city, one-way or as part of your original ticket.

Before you fly

Entry to Europe

The EU's Entry/Exit System now registers non-EU visitors' fingerprints and photo at Schengen borders. There is nothing to do in advance, but allow extra time at passport control on your first entry. ETIAS, a pre-travel authorisation, is not yet in operation. If your trip passes through the UK, you may also need a UK ETA. Our travel documents guide has the details and official links.

How we book

Booking Europe in a hurry

1. Tell us the city and the deadline

Where you need to be and by when, the airports that work for you and whether one-way is fine.

2. Options within minutes

Your consultant compares nonstop flights and sensible connections in Business and First, and tells you which seat we would book.

3. Ticketed and confirmed

Approve the option and we issue the ticket, choose seats on every leg and send your confirmation. Changes on the road? Call us, day or night.

Send each traveller's passport name with your request and we can ticket the moment you say yes. If you already hold a quote from an airline or another agency, send it and we will quote against it.

FAQ

Last-minute Europe, answered.

How last-minute can I book Business Class to Europe?

Often until a few hours before departure, depending on the airline's ticketing cut-off and the seats left. Most flights from the US East Coast to Europe leave in the evening, so a request made during the day can usually still make tonight's departures. For anything leaving today, call or WhatsApp us.

Is Business Class within Europe worth it?

On most flights within Europe, Business Class is a regular seat with the middle seat kept free, plus priority at the airport, lounge access, a meal and more flexible tickets. For a short hop it is a judgement call; for a long day of travel or a tight connection it often is. We will tell you honestly when it is worth booking.

Which airlines fly overnight from New York to Europe?

Most of them. Air France, Lufthansa, SWISS, ITA Airways, Iberia, TAP Air Portugal, Aer Lingus and KLM fly from New York to their home cities, alongside British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Delta, United and American. Evening departures land in Europe the next morning.

Can I fly into one European city and home from another?

Yes. Open-jaw trips, such as into Paris and home from Rome, are routine for us, as are one-way tickets when you do not yet know where the trip will end.

Do I need anything new to enter Europe?

The EU's Entry/Exit System now registers non-EU visitors' fingerprints and photo at Schengen borders, so allow extra time on your first entry. ETIAS, a pre-travel authorisation, is not yet in operation. Our travel documents guide keeps the details current.

Can you book First Class to Europe?

Yes, where it flies: Air France La Première to Paris, SWISS First to Zurich, Lufthansa First to Frankfurt and Munich, and British Airways First via London. See last-minute First Class.
